There are multiple ways to remove products from the ShopSimon™ site. The best method will be determined by sku count and how you are integrated with the platform. Regardless of the integration method, the goal is to send a zero inventory value to ShopSimon™ portal. See below for options for each integration option to complete this task:
Manual
This option is ideal if there is a very small number of skus and you are manually managing your inventory via a template or directly in the portal.
1. Login to ShopSimon™ Portal: https://marketplace.sspo.com/login
2. Select 'Price and stock > Offers' from the left navigation.
3. On the 'Offers' page, use the 'Filters' section to find the sku you wish to remove.
4. In the 'Offer' section, find the 'Offer SKU' box and enter the sku you wish to remove and hit 'Refresh.'
5. Once the SKU shows up in search, find the 'Qty' box, zero out the inventory and hit 'Confirm.'
Operator Template
This option is ideal if there is a large number of skus and you are manually managing your inventory via a template or directly in the portal.
- Follow the same steps to import regular offer file import - add a zero inventory value for all skus you wish to remove from ShopSimon™ site.
- Import File
Flat File / API
If you are sending inventory from an internal system either via SFTP or API, please send a zero inventory value for all skus you wish to remove from ShopSimon™.
Shopify Connector
If you are using the Shopify Connector (Mirakl Connect), remove the 'Simon' tag in Shopify for all skus you wish to remove. This will initiate a zero inventory value to be sent to the ShopSimon™ portal.
ChannelAdvisor
If you are using ChannelAdvisor, remove the label related to ShopSimon™ for all skus you wish to remove. This will initiate a zero inventory value to be sent to the ShopSimon™ portal.
