There are multiple ways to add product data directly into the ShopSimon™ portal. The best method will be determined by sku count and how you are integrated with the platform. See below for options to complete this task:
Manual
This option is ideal if there is a very small number of products to add to ShopSimon™ and/or zero integration with the platform.

Operator Template
It can be time consuming to create products one by one directly into the platform, especially if there are a lot of similarities between products. In this case, download a template of the operator’s product format and directly fill in the information within the document. You will also need to download the operator's offer format, fill out template, and import into portal to activate live inventory and pricing.
Product data must always be imported (retailer) and published (ShopSimon™) in the portal before offer data can be validated. Please coordinate your product and offer file imports with members of the ShopSimon™ team.

Flat File (SFTP)
If you are using the SFTP method to manage your product data imports, you will be using the operator template for products and ultimately sending that to the shared SFTP drive.
If you are using the SFTP method to manage your offer data imports, a special template will be provided during onboarding. Please reach out to sellersupport@shopsimon.com if you need a copy of this template. This will also be sent to the shared SFTP drive.

API
If you are set up with our API integration, you will use the 2 API calls below to import product/offer data:
- P41 is the API call that is used to import product data into the ShopSimon™ portal.
- OF01 is the API call that is used to import offer data into the ShopSimon™ portal.

Shopify
If you are using the Shopify Connector (Mirakl Connect), you will follow the same steps you completed in onboarding to add new products to your ShopSimon™ assortment.
- Tag items you want to add to ShopSimon™ in your Shopify store
- Login to Mirakl Connect > Marketplaces > Configure ShopSimon™
- Listings Tab - Ensure new items are included in Category 'Rules.' Create new rule if necessary.
- Export product from Mirakl Connect
- Import into ShopSimon™ using Mapping Wizard
- Submit for product review/approval
