Product Integration

To create a product directly in the portal, please follow the below steps:

1. Dashboard > Add an Offer > Create a product

2. Select Category

3. Enter Product Characteristics

  • MSRP = Compare at price, gets slashed out on product display page
  • Final Sale: true = Yes  false = No
  • * is required

4. Add Variants if applicable - additional sizes and colors to be grouped on same PDP

  • example: shoe style - 3 colors, 8 sizes each

5. Enter Offer Characteristics

  • Price = Always on Sale Price > Discount Price = Promotional Price Field
  • Even though not required, make sure to enter value for 'Offer Sku' - the same value that is entered into 'SKU.' If you leave 'Offer Sku' blank the system will auto-generate a sku number that will be displayed on ShopSimon™ orders.

6. 'Submit for approval' once complete

7. The ShopSimon™ team will publish all available skus once they have loaded into the portal.

8. Once all available skus have been published, the ShopSimon™ team will activate storefront and push all products live.

There are three basic steps to manage orders in the ShopSimon™ portal:

1. View Order Details

2. Order Acceptance

3. Confirm Order Shipment
