The Shopify Seller Connector is a plug-in that enables retailers to sell products from Shopify on ShopSimon®. The connector allows retailers to seamlessly integrate products and offers into the ShopSimon portal. It also facilitates the management of marketplace orders that are placed to your store.
The Shopify connector includes the following capabilities:
- Create listings and export products to the ShopSimon catalog.
- Update product price & inventory (offers) in the ShopSimon catalog.
- Manage and import your ShopSimon orders.
- Automate your workflow with cron jobs.
Getting Started:
- Activate your ShopSimon and Mirakl Connect accounts.
- In Mirakl Connect, confirm ShopSimon™ shows up in ‘Stores.’
- Download the Mirakl Connect app.
- Authorize/Link Mirakl Connect to your Shopify store.
- In Mirakl Connect, Complete the configuration:
- Confirm your catalog shows up in ‘Catalog>Products.
- Access your ShopSimon store by selecting ‘Stores>ShopSimon.’
- Complete the checklist under ‘Finalize Catalog Setup.’
- Activate price and stock synchronization.
- Activate order synchronization.
- Prepare ShopSimon product import using operator template file.
- Import catalog data into ShopSimon Mirakl portal.
- Review initial import results and resolve any errors in the portal.
- Conduct final review & make sure your offer and order synchronization are activated.
Operations Notes:

The following tasks are executed automatically based on the default Shopify Connector cron job schedule.
- Export all Price & Stock: every 15 minutes
- Import and synchronize orders: every 15 minutes
- The connector allows you to review/manage orders received on the ShopSimon marketplace in your Shopify store.
- Allocate single or multi-warehouse locations to specific marketplace stores.
- Automated catalog transformer available with select Mirakl Connect plans.
