Rithum allows you to seamlessly integrate your products and offers into ShopSimon®. It also facilitates the management of marketplace orders that are placed to your store.
The Rithum connector includes the following capabilities:
- Create listings and export products to the ShopSimon catalog
- Update product price & inventory (offers) in the ShopSimon catalog
- Manage and import your ShopSimon orders
- Automate your workflow with cron jobs.
Getting Started:
- Receive and act on email invitation from Rithum team.
- Complete account setup in Rithum’s platform.
- Select Rithum for Brands or DSCO connection option.
- Configure initial settings.
- Upload required information and documentation.
- Add warehouse information.
- Work with Rithum to organize/prepare your product data to be synced with ShopSimon.
- Complete product data upload into the ShopSimon portal.
- Confirm inventory sync is activated and updating regularly.

Complete order testing to confirm integration is ready for launch.
