1. Login to ShopSimon™ Portal: https://marketplace.sspo.com/login
2. Click on 'Orders' on the side navigation:
3. Search by 'Order ID'
4. Click on the order in question
5. Find the 'Messages' quick link
6. Click 'Start A Conversation' and direct message to 'Operator.'
