For an order line to be automatically accepted, the product associated with the order line must:
- Exist in your Shopify, meaning the SKU of the offer associated with the order line must be equal to the SKU of a product in Shopify.
- Be in stock in your Shopify.
Order lines can sometimes be refused in Mirakl Connect, this normally occurs when:
- There is no product in your Shopify with a reference equal to the SKU of the offer associated with the order line
- The sku is out of stock in Shopify
If an order line is refused, the order will not sync between platforms and will need to be managed in the ShopSimon™ portal account.
