Multiple users can manage a retailer account within the Rithum portal.
Follow this link: https://app.dsco.io/account/users
Select 'Add User' on the top right portion of the page.
*Please make note, you can also add user in bulk using a CSV file. Please select Upload File to access the import page and instructions on format.
To remove a user, simply hit the 'X' icon located on the right side of each user name.
