To update your company's bank account information login to your ShopSimon® Mirakl account, please follow the below steps:
- Login to your portal account
- Access your bank account details in your retailer account
- Update your bank details and click 'Save'
- Please send updated ACH instructions (on company or bank letterhead) and your most recent w9 to sellersupport@shopsimon.com. A member of our team will get this updated processed with our finance team and confirm once approved.
