If you selected the manual campaign option, you must create an Ad Group to start advertising. You will need to define the Ad Group name, start date, end date (optional), budget type and amount, keywords to target, products and maximum bid price.
Create Ad Group
- Select "Create Ad Group"
- Give your Ad Group a name.
- Enter Start date (end date - optional)
- Budget Type - Set your Ad Group budget parameters
- Type - Daily or Lifetime (if you choose lifetime, the ad ends once that budget has been met)
- Budget amount - Daily or Lifetime total
- Choose from 'Automated' or 'Manual' Ad Group Types.
- Automated - Uses AI to automatically manage all ad group settings including product selection, bidding, and keyword targeting for optimal performance.
- Manual - Allows you to manually configure products, bidding, and keywords.
- If you selected Manual follow the below steps, otherwise skip to step 11 to create your Ad Group.
- In the "Products" section, define how you want to structure your bidding method. Select either:
- Define a common bid for all products, to set one bid price for all selected products.
- Specify a bid for individual products, to set custom bid prices for each product.
- Select the products: click "Select products" and one of the available options:
- Select offers, to select offers from categories, brands, or status.
The "Select product offers" window appears. Check the box in front of the offers you want to import, and click Save. - Select products, to select products from categories, brands, or status.
The "Select products" window appears. Check the box in front of the products you want to import, and click Save. - Import offer SKUs, to select offers from their SKUs (with optional bid prices using format SKU;Bid).
The "Import offer SKUs" window appears. In the Offer SKU field, enter one SKU per line, and click Confirm. - Import product SKUs, to select products from their SKUs (with optional bid prices using format SKU;Bid).
The "Import product SKUs" window appears. In the Product SKU field, enter one SKU per line, and click Confirm.
- Select offers, to select offers from categories, brands, or status.
- If you selected Define a common bid for all products, configure the "Bid price" section. Select either:
- Define a manual bid price, and enter a specific bid amount.
- Leverage AI-calculated market adaptive bids, to let AI optimize bids based on market data.
- In the "Search keywords" section, configure keyword targeting. Select either:
- Automate targeting with AI high-performing keywords (Recommended)
- Manually select keywords to refine your targeting
- Hit the "Create" button.

Ad Group Optimization
To make changes to an Ad Group, simply click on the Ad Group name in the campaign dashboard.
Common areas to adjust are:
- Budget parameters
- Products used in the ad
- Search keywords
- Cost per click
Continual monitoring and optimization of ads is common practice and will produce the best results.
