Retailers can easily monitor their imports in the Rithum portal. They can also download exception reports to see which items are invalid. Understanding how to manage and resolve these is a very important aspect of success on ShopSimon®.
Use this link to access the Catalog Exceptions page: https://app.dsco.io/exceptions/catalog
Select the down arrow/download link to download a report listing all skus in an errored out state.
The exported report will highlight the attribute field that needs updated.
Once you clean up your data, you can reimport via the automated process or directly into the portal on the products page - https://app.dsco.io/products. You can edit at the individual product level or in bulk by selecting 'Add Products' in the top right and updating the data using a system template file.
