Once a return has been initiated, you can monitor the progress on the Returns page in your Rithum account.
Follow the below pathway to view a list of all your returns:
- Workflows > Returns
- https://app.dsco.io/returns
From this page you can:
- Filter the list of returns
- Customize which data/columns are displayed
- View details about a specific return
If you wish to dispute a return, all disputes must be submitted to sellersupport@shopsimon.com within 7 days of receipt and prior to a refund being issued. All unprocessed returns are auto-refunded 7 days from when the return shipment is scanned by Fedex into your warehouse.
