To sell on the ShopSimon™ marketplace, it is essential to know what differentiates product data from offer data.
What are products?
A product contains the static details of the item being sold. All products are made up of the below criteria:
- Product Title
- Images
- Description
- Product ID / EAN / UPC / ISBN
- Size / Color
- Retailer Sku
Product data is added to the portal first and will be reviewed and published by the ShopSimon™ team.
What Are Offers?
An offer attaches your price and inventory data to available product data. Sku is the common value that is used to connect product and offer data. All offers are made up of the below criteria:
- Condition (new, used, etc)
- Always On Sale Price
- Available Inventory
- Promotional Pricing
- Retailer Sku
After your product data is approved by ShopSimon™, your offers will be activated, and your products will go live.
