To add new products using the Shopify Connector, you will follow follow the same steps you used during onboarding to import product data into the ShopSimon™ portal - see below:
1. Tag the new products in their Shopify store with 'Simon' or whatever tag they are using to identify their ShopSimon™ assortment. It will take 2-4 hours for the tag to update in Mirakl Connect.
2. Login to Mirakl Connect > Select Shopify in left nav > Click on 'Feed' tab > Configure Shop Premium Outlets.
3. Click on the Listing tab
- If a category rule is already in place that aligns with the new products, all you need to do is spot check the rule to make sure the new products are populating.
- If there is no rule in place for the product category of the new item(s) you will need to create new rule(s) to include these new products. Please replicate the same steps you did for the other rules, only for that specific product category.
4. Once you are happy with the listings, go to the 'Product Export' tab
- Step 1 - Ideally you will select 'New products since' date option to eliminate reimporting your entire catalog. If you need to do 'All products,' not the end of the world, need to be careful as you may run the risk of overwriting any changes you have made directly in the portal.
- Step 2 - Select 'Download products file.' You can use this file to help you map into the ShopSimon™ portal.
- Step 3 - Click 'Access your store on Shop Premium Outlets.' This will take you to the mapping wizard in the ShopSimon™ portal.
5. Complete mapping exercise in ShopSimon™ portal - double check category, attribute (size), and value mapping sections - Import your products.

Once your products have been imported into the portal, the ShopSimon™ team will review and publish all valid products. Once published, your offer synchronization will kick in and push the new products to the live site.
