To provide accurate shipping and delivery expectations, we need to understand your capability to deliver a product by a given date depending on where the customer is located and where you are shipping from. This information will be stored in the ShopSimon™ portal and will be displayed on the PDP and in cart at checkout. See below breakdown on how delivery times are calculated:

Please ensure your shipping performance matches your listed timelines.
Please complete the below list of action items to complete your shipping configuration setup:
1. Handling Times
Please update your internal handling times to ensure all shipments meet the performance guidelines listed in the 'Operational Commitments' section of the marketplace agreement:
- Acceptance Time: Orders accepted/rejected within 8 hours of receipt
- Handling Time: Standard Shipping = 2 business days - Expedited = 1 business day
2. Business Calendar
Please update your 'Business Calendar' days, times, and holidays to align with your teams schedule. Days in which you are closed will impact delivery estimations/times.
Steps To Complete:
- Go To: ShopSimon Portal: Settings > Retailer > Business Calendar
- Select your working days.
- Configure your office hours.
- Please list any holidays/weeks that your office will be closed.
- Hit 'Save' once complete.
3. Warehouse Information
Please make sure your ‘Warehouse’ information/address is entered correctly in the ShopSimon portal.
Steps To Complete:
- Go To: ShopSimon Portal: Settings > Retailer > Warehouses
- Hit 'Create Warehouse' button.
- Enter warehouse name, address, and code (seller generated).
- Click Save.
4. Shipping Carriers
Please ensure all of your active shipping ‘Carriers’ are listed in your ShopSimon portal account.
Steps To Complete:
- Go To: ShopSimon Portal: Settings > Retailer > Carriers
- Hit 'Add Carrier' button.
- Select the carrier(s) you want to add.
- Click Add.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
Please ensure the listed ‘Order Cut-Off Time’ is accurate for your business and each shipping method.
Steps To Complete:
- Go To: ShopSimon Portal: Settings > Retailer > Shipping Options
- Find the 'Order Cut-Off Time' section on the page.
- Please add a shipping cut-off time for each active shipping method.
- Click 'Save' once you have completed each shipping zone.
6. Shipping Zones
Enhanced ‘Shipping Zones’ have been added to the ShopSimon portal, please notate transit times for each shipping zone and each eligible shipping method.
Steps To Complete:
- Go To: ShopSimon Portal: Settings > Retailer > Shipping Options
- Find the 'Shipping Options' section on the page.
- For each shipping zone, please add a min and max delivery time for Free, Standard, and Expedited (if enabled for your storefront). 6 days is the max delivery time allowed for each shipping zone, anything larger will be modified to 6.
- Please complete the following zones: Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, Mountain, North Central, Northeast, Northwest, South Central, Southeast, West, Alaska & Hawaii (if enabled).
- Click 'Save' once you have completed each shipping zone.
