All retailers must offer a 30-day return policy on non final sale items per the ShopSimon® return policy. Once a return is initiated on ShopSimon, the return will be sent back to the return address listed in the 'Returns Information' section of a retailers ShopSimon account.
- ShopSimon's customer service team will handle the return process, including responding to inquiries and initiating a return shipping label.
- ShopSimon will use its shipping account to select the lowest cost return shipment option. The cost for the return label will be charged back to the retailer at the end of each monthly billing cycle.
- The return will be sent to the retailers return address as listed in their ShopSimon account.
- Retailers will receive a daily report for all open returns, including order details and return tracking. The 'Returns Contact Email' field in your account setup is where this report will be delivered.
- Returns must be processed within 7 days of warehouse delivery (based on FedEx tracking). Returns not processed within this window will be automatically refunded.
- Return disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and prior to a refund being issued. To dispute a return, please contact sellersupport@shopsimon.com.
