From time to time, a question may arise around a particular order. Examples include the incorrect product being sent, the product arriving damaged, or the customer not receiving their order. It is the goal of ShopSimon™ to create an exceptional experience for our customers. Should a question arise, ShopSimon™ expects its retailers to promptly assist in resolving the incident using the Messaging app in the ShopSimon™ portal. A lack of response or cooperation in this area may result in a temporary suspension from the site.
The ShopSimon™ customer service team will manage all customer communication and will act as a liaison between retailer and customer.
