From time to time, a question may arise around a particular order. Examples include the incorrect product being sent, the product arriving damaged, or the customer not receiving their order.
It is the goal of ShopSimon® to create an exceptional experience for our customers. Should a question arise, ShopSimon expects its retailers to promptly assist in resolving the incident using the Messaging app in the ShopSimon portal. Customer messages require a response within 2 business days. In the absence of response, ShopSimon reserves the right to cancel or refund the order as needed.
The ShopSimon customer service team will manage all customer communication and will act as a liaison between retailer and customer.
