If a customer believes they received the wrong or damaged Final Sale item, they will need to contact ShopSimon™ customer support. The ShopSimon customer service team will manage all communication with the customer and will suggest an appropriate solution to the retailer via the "Messages" app in the ShopSimon portal. Retailers will have an opportunity to respond prior to any action being taken by ShopSimon.
