If a customer believes they received the wrong or damaged Final Sale item, they will need to contact ShopSimon™ customer support. The ShopSimon™ customer service team will manage all communication with the customer and will suggest an appropriate solution to the retailer via the "Messages" app in the ShopSimon™ portal. Retailers will have an opportunity to respond prior to any action being taken by ShopSimon™.
