Final Sale products are not returnable for a refund unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was received.
If a customer believes they received the wrong or damaged Final Sale item, they will need to contact ShopSimon® customer support. The ShopSimon customer service team will manage all communication with the customer and will suggest an appropriate solution to the retailer via the messages app in the ShopSimon portal. Retailers will have an opportunity to respond prior to any action being taken by ShopSimon.
Please be advised, customer messages require a response within 2 business days. In the absence of a response, ShopSimon reserves the right to approve a final sale return or issue a refund.
