Use the below steps to refund an order in the ShopSimon™ Portal:
1. Login to ShopSimon™ Portal: https://marketplace.sspo.com/login
2. Click on: 'Orders' on the left navigation.
3. Enter Order # into Order ID Field > Click On Order.
4. Find the 'Refund' button in the top right corner - Use drop-down arrow - Select type of refund.
- Refund The Entire Order - Full Refund
- Refund Part Of The Order - Partial Refund
5a. For full refund - Provide 'Refund Reason' - Hit 'Refund' button to complete action
5b. For partial refund - Find Sku you want to refund - Enter quantity to refund and provide 'Refund Reason' - Hit 'Refund' button to complete action
If your ShopSimon™ account does not have sufficient funds available to cover a refund, the system will block the refund from processing. Please reach out to ShopSimon™ Seller Support if you encounter this situation.
